Today in math class we corrected pg 40 in one of our booklets. We also took down some note, the following:

The Distributive Property

3(x+6)- two terms inside the brackets
Multiplied by 3

This means 3 groups of (x+6):
(x+6)
(X+6)
(X+6)

You can solve the distributive property this way:
3(x+6) 3(x)+3(6)
3x+18

e.g.1) 5(2x+3) e.g.2) 3(4x+7)
10x+15 12x+21

e.g.3)-6( x+7)
-6x+-42 - remember integer rules!!!

e.g.4) 3(-2x-2)
-6x-6
This is what we learned today!!:)
